InaiyarMatrimony.com owns, retains, and holds complete rights to LOVE MATRIMONY, including the LOVE MATRIMONY Website, App, and Services.

1. Eligibility:

A) Love Matrimony Membership and Rights of Admission Membership and rights of admission are exclusively reserved for:

Indian Nationals and Citizens.
Persons of Indian Origin (PIO).
Non-Resident Indians (NRI).
Individuals of Indian Descent or Indian Heritage.
Persons intending to marry individuals of Indian Origin.

B) As a LOVE MATRIMONY Member, you confirm that you:

Are 18 years or older (if you are a woman) or 21 years or older (if you are a man).
If you have applied for divorce, you may register on our Website/App by declaring your status as "Awaiting Divorce."
If you reside in a country other than India, you are legally competent to marry under the local laws of your country and agree to comply with Indian laws when marrying a person of Indian Origin.

C) Registrants Acting on Behalf of Prospective Brides/Grooms If you are a Registrant creating a profile on behalf of a prospective bride or groom, or accessing the LOVE MATRIMONY Website/App on their behalf, it is implied that you have obtained their consent for profile creation and access to the LOVE MATRIMONY Website/App.

2. Registration

A. Registration Process We expect you to complete the online registration process with fairness and honesty by providing true, accurate, current, and complete information, along with recent photographs of yourself. This will help you find matches that align with your preferences. Please ensure you carefully read the relevant sections before entering details, selecting options, or uploading photos.

You are requested to avoid entering profile details in incorrect fields, including:

Mentioning IDs of other platforms/websites/apps.
Repeating your details in fields where they are not applicable.
Uploading unrelated or inappropriate photographs.

To serve you better, Love Matrimony may request additional details, which you agree to provide. You may also give a missed call to any of our retail outlet phone numbers, and we will call you back to assist with your profile registration on our website/app. Additionally, you may provide your email ID and phone number in any of our registration campaigns featured on various websites as part of our advertisements. Based on this, our Customer Service Centre may contact you to assist with your profile registration.

Love Matrimony reserves the right to reproduce your profile information on other matrimonial websites owned by Inaiyar Matrimony.

B. Accuracy of Information If, at any point, Love Matrimony becomes aware—either through third-party information or its own findings—that the details you provided during registration (including photos) are untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, Love Matrimony reserves the right to:

Suspend or terminate your membership without prior notice.
Forfeit any membership fees paid by you.
Refuse to provide further services to you.

C. Profile Blocking Love Matrimony reserves the right to block the registration of your profile on the Website/App if your contact details or links are entered in irrelevant fields, or if there are errors in the data provided by Love Matrimony members in their profiles.

D. Duplicate Profiles The registration of duplicate profiles for the same individual is strictly prohibited on the Love Matrimony Website/App. Love Matrimony retains the full right to suspend or terminate such duplicate profiles without prior notice.

E. Intent and Membership Restrictions By registering with Love Matrimony, you acknowledge and confirm that your use of Love Matrimony services is driven by a genuine intention to seek marriage and not for any other purpose. Love Matrimony Membership is strictly limited to individual members registered with Love Matrimony.

Organizations, companies, businesses, or individuals engaged in similar or competitive activities are prohibited from becoming members of Love Matrimony or using Love Matrimony services or member data for commercial purposes. Love Matrimony reserves the right to take appropriate legal action in case of any breach of these obligations.

3. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Love Matrimony login credentials, including your user ID, password, OTP, and other sensitive information. Additionally, you must ensure restricted access to your computer or mobile device to prevent unauthorized access to your account.

As a company, Love Matrimony will never request your password, and you are strongly advised not to share it with anyone. You acknowledge and accept full responsibility for all activities conducted under your account.

4. Role and Responsibility of Love Matrimony

A. Profile Reproduction Love Matrimony reproduces your details as provided during registration on its Website/App on an "as is, as available" basis. Your profile may also be shared with other registered members across the matrimonial websites owned by Inaiyar Matrimony.

B. Interface for Member Search Love Matrimony's primary obligation is to provide an interface that enables registered members to independently search for prospective matches without any assistance.

C. Automated Profile Matching The profile search results and matches displayed to Love Matrimony members are automatically generated based on the partner preferences set by the user. If a member updates their partner preferences on the Website/App, the automated system will adjust the prospect results accordingly.

D. Communication Between Members Love Matrimony does not restrict members from expressing interest in your profile or initiating communication based on their partner preferences. However, you retain the liberty to accept, decline, or proceed with such interests at your discretion.

E. No Guarantee of Results Love Matrimony does not guarantee or assume responsibility for specific outcomes resulting from the use of data available through the BM service or other matrimonial websites owned by Inaiyar Matrimony.

F. Safeguarding User Information Love Matrimony is committed to safeguarding sensitive user information by employing robust security standards, authentication mechanisms, access controls, and encryption techniques.

G. Limitations on Data Protection While Love Matrimony strives to protect user data, it cannot guarantee complete security during data transmission or prevent potential tampering by malicious third parties before the data reaches Love Matrimony servers.

H. User Verification Responsibility Love Matrimony does not authenticate or endorse the information provided in any user profile. As a user, you are responsible for verifying the credentials and details of other members.

5. Role and Responsibility of Love Matrimony Members

A. Safeguarding Profile InformationAs a Love Matrimony member, you are responsible for safeguarding your profile information by creating a strong password during profile creation. Your password should include a combination of uppercase and lowercase alphabets, numbers, and special characters to ensure security.

B. Providing Required Information You agree to provide any information or data requested by Love Matrimony for the purpose of utilizing BM services, as and when required.

C. Verifying Prospect Credentials It is your responsibility to verify the credentials of prospective matches. Exercise due diligence and caution regarding their profile information, including marital status, educational qualifications, financial status, occupation, character, health status, etc., and ensure your satisfaction before making a decision. Love Matrimony shall not be held liable for any shortcomings or misrepresentations made by its members.

D. Responsibility for Verification You are required to independently verify the credentials of prospective matches to ensure their authenticity.

E. Providing Accurate and Recent Photographs To achieve better search results, Love Matrimony members are expected to upload recent photographs that are no older than three months. Providing outdated photographs, photographs of others, or inaccurate/false information will be considered a violation of the terms and conditions. Love Matrimony reserves its rights under Clause 2(B) of these terms and conditions.

F. Disclosure of Health Records Love Matrimony members are expected to disclose their health records during profile enrollment, including any pre-existing illnesses or physical disabilities. Failure to disclose such information at the time of enrollment will be treated as a violation of the terms and conditions, and Love Matrimony reserves its rights under Clause 2(B) of these terms and conditions.

G. Advisories for Love Matrimony Members Love Matrimony Members are strongly advised to refrain from:

Engaging in financial transactions with prospects. Members must neither seek nor provide financial assistance to/from other Love Matrimony Members.
Using abusive language while communicating with other Love Matrimony Members.
Displaying discriminatory behavior or making racial comments.
Sharing confidential or personal data, including but not limited to bank details, with other members.
Entering into physical relationships with prospects before marriage.
Violating any laws currently in force.
Mentioning details of other matrimonial services while sending personalized messages.

H. Cautionary Guidelines for Members are expected to exercise caution with prospects who:

Request favors or money.
Use multiple phone numbers to contact you.
Only interact over the phone and avoid face-to-face meetings (either physically or via video calls).
Do not involve family or friends in matchmaking discussions.

Additionally, members should verify the status of suspended profiles before finalizing any alliance with a prospect.

I. Effective Use of Love Matrimony Services To achieve effective search results on the Website/App, members are encouraged to:

Regularly log in to their profiles and send expressions of interest, which are automated messages, to prospects as free members.
If subscribed to a paid Love Matrimony package, send personalized messages to prospects to express interest or respond to messages received.
Review expressions of interest sent to them and read messages from prospects, responding appropriately.

J. Terms and Conditions Compliance By accessing or using the Website/App, you agree to adhere to its terms and conditions, including but not limited to utilizing features such as instant chat with prospects, viewing horoscopes, enhancing privacy settings (e.g., photo, horoscope, phone number), and accessing social and professional profiles of members on platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn.

K. Profile Updates If a Love Matrimony member fails to update any changes in the particulars furnished in their profile on the Website/App, Love Matrimony reserves the right to suspend the BM membership at its sole discretion.

L. Profile Deletion Upon Marriage Finalization In the event of finalizing the marriage of a member or their Registrant, the member must either delete their profile themselves or notify Love Matrimony to remove/delete the profile.

M. Secure Access Love Matrimony members are required to use secure devices, software, and networks in a private setting to access Love Matrimony services.

N. Prohibition of Automated Processes Members are strictly prohibited from using any automated processes, such as web robots, chatbots, or scripts, to interact with or respond on the Love Matrimony Website/App.

O. Security Measures Members must not probe, scan, or test the vulnerabilities of the Love Matrimony Website/App or any connected network, nor breach the security measures implemented by Love Matrimony.

P. Payment Guidelines Members must refrain from making payments or transferring funds to the accounts of any Inaiyar Matrimony employees. All payments should be made exclusively to Love Matrimony's official account.

Q. Complaint Resolution Members are expected to approach Inaiyar Matrimony directly to resolve complaints and grievances. Members must avoid airing grievances or complaints on social media platforms.

7. Medium of Communication to Love Matrimony Members

A. Consent for CommunicationAs a Love Matrimony member, you consent to receiving communications, including promotional messages, through various mediums such as email, phone calls, SMS, or WhatsApp messages. These communications may originate from Inaiyar Matrimony, its affiliated portals, or alliance partners.

B. Automated Profile Sharing Love Matrimony's automated system may share prospect profiles with members in the form of images, documents, messages, or links. Members confirm that the mobile number provided for verification, or any alternative number submitted, is not registered under the Do Not Disturb (DND) or National Customer Preference Register. Members further agree not to initiate complaints regarding such communications. Even if a member's number is registered under DND or National Customer Preference Register, calls from Love Matrimony to the verified or alternative number will not be considered promotional calls.

C. Communication Preferences Members have the option to customize the frequency of communications from Love Matrimony, such as receiving updates only on weekends or fortnightly. Members may also opt out of receiving calls by selecting the appropriate option in the Website/App. However, members agree to receive calls from the Relationship Manager of Assisted Matrimony regarding shortlisted profiles for registered members.

8. Confidentiality

Any feedback provided by you to Love Matrimony shall be considered non-confidential. Love Matrimony reserves the right to use such feedback or information on an unrestricted basis. By submitting feedback, you represent and warrant that:

Your feedback does not contain confidential or proprietary information belonging to yourself or any third parties.
Love Matrimony is under no obligation of confidentiality, whether express or implied, with respect to the feedback.
You are not entitled to any form of compensation or reimbursement from Love Matrimony for the feedback under any circumstances.

9. Privacy of Membership

To safeguard your privacy and understand our practices, please review and adhere to our Privacy Policy, which governs your use of Love Matrimony and other websites owned by Inaiyar Matrimony. Any personal information or data provided by you during your use of Love Matrimony will be treated as confidential and handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy, applicable laws, and regulations. Scope of Complaintsthe Grievance Officer will address complaints related to violations by users of computer resources, including but not limited to:Hosting, displaying, uploading, modifying, publishing, transmitting, storing, updating, or sharing information that:

Belongs to another person and is used without their rights or consent.
Is obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, invasive of another's privacy (including bodily privacy), insulting or harassing based on gender, racially or ethnically objectionable, or encourages money laundering or gambling.
Promotes enmity between different groups on the grounds of religion or caste with the intent to incite violence.
Is harmful to children.
Infringes any patent, trademark, copyright, or other proprietary rights.
Deceives or misleads the recipient about the origin of the message or knowingly communicates false or misleading information.
Impersonates another person.
Threatens the unity, integrity, defense, security, or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order.
Causes incitement to commit a cognizable offense, prevents investigation of an offense, or insults other nations.
Contains software viruses or malicious code designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of computer resources.
Violates any law currently in force.

11. Disputes Between Members

A. Responsibility for Communications Love Matrimony Members are solely responsible for all communications conducted with prospects, regardless of the medium used. Love Matrimony explicitly disclaims any responsibility or liability for monetary transactions, exchanges, interactions, or the sharing of information between members via email, chat, WhatsApp, or any other communication platform, whether through the Website/App or otherwise.

B. No Obligation to Monitor Disputes Love Matrimony is under no obligation to monitor disputes arising between members. Furthermore, Love Matrimony shall not be involved in or held accountable for any such disputes, litigation, or related matters.

C. Role of Love Matrimony Love Matrimony does not act as a broker or agent for any member. It does not participate in or facilitate discussions between members and prospects, nor does it take responsibility for the outcomes of such discussions.

12. Content Right

Clause A:

You agree that all content on Love Matrimony belongs to Inaiyar Matrimony, except for third-party content—including advertisements—displayed on the Website/App. Love Matrimony possesses the necessary rights or licenses under these terms to showcase such content.

Clause B:

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for all content and information provided on our Website/App, including mandatory or optional details such as profile information, photographs, and other inputs. This responsibility extends to any subsequent modifications, posts, and communications—including personalized messages sent by Love Matrimony paid members.

Clause C:

Love Matrimony is not obligated to monitor the content or information in your profile. However, if your content is found to be non-compliant with these Terms and Conditions, Love Matrimony may remove it, suspend or terminate your registration without a refund of any subscription fees paid (as per Clause 2(b)). Additionally, Love Matrimony reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to impose restrictions on communication between members if deemed necessary.

Clause D:

Inaiyar Matrimony reserves the right to take legal action against individuals or entities infringing upon its proprietary rights. This includes but is not limited to unauthorized copying, modification, publication, transmission, distribution, performance, display, or sale of proprietary information—especially when used for commercial purposes.
